The first beer since starting this blog (today) shall be my "Pawsome Porter" which is a Robust Porter. This porter was one of the first recipes created and I have loved it from the start.

Color: 52 ECB
Bitterness: 25 IBU
ALC: 7.6%
Grain Bill contains 2-Row, Crisp Chocolate Malt, UK Brown and Caramel Munich. Fuggles and Willamette balances while a wonderful English Ale Yeast rounds it all out. I use White Labs WLP002 English Ale Yeast. You can find a link to purchase below.
