Home Brew Day - Pawsome Porter

The first beer since starting this blog (today) shall be my "Pawsome Porter" which is a Robust Porter. This porter was one of the first recipes created and I have loved it from the start.

"Pawsome Porter"
Color: 52 ECB
Bitterness: 25 IBU
ALC: 7.6%

Grain Bill contains 2-Row, Crisp Chocolate Malt, UK Brown and Caramel Munich. Fuggles and Willamette balances while a wonderful English Ale Yeast rounds it all out. I use White Labs WLP002 English Ale Yeast. You can find a link to purchase below.

My father doesn't really wants us to be used with beers, but since I am a hard headed child who wants to explore things, I have tried some, but not too many. I am not really into it at first, but I guess there is something about it that will make you want more. After that first time, I usually crave for beers. But I don't remember anything like this before. Well, of course, I am not really familiar with all of them. Moreover, I am still glad I have seen your site. You have given me some idea about some other beers.

My friends and I usually drink some good beers every time we want to unwind. I must say that beers are good remedies for stress and depression. Well, you just need to make sure that you are with the right people. For me, I can tell that having beer is indeed one of my favorite past time. I would like to thank my friends for introducing that particular activity to me, of course.
